add history for past trends with graphs
Lets have a look back to past trends, this could be interesting for research and for regularly returning trends (i.e. christmas)

This is a great idea that can also be expanded on that might also include some kind of ranking, how long it was #1 as opposed to how long it stayed at #2. Kind of like Billboard Top 100. Also, it would be interesting to know the volume of people twittering on a particular topic. A display format could be like a YouTube category & Today vs. This Week vs. All Time approach.
